One of South Africa's indigenous orchids is the Disa. It grows naturally in the Cape Fynbos but are grown here for the indoor plant market.
A blog dedicated to the natural beauty of South Africa. Together we travel through the widely different landscapes of the Namib desert to the Highveld grassland to the Drakensberg Mountains to the Knysna Forests and the West Coast of this wonderfull country. It will also touch on some of the environmental issues threatening the areas.
